1. The applicant must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the Organisers.
2. The Organisers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any
reason whatsoever.
3. The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per the schedule given.
4. Judges decision is final in all cases.
5. All the participants have to follow the guidelines of the organisers for their individual performance
requirements.
6. Schedule of events and qualification rounds will be announced soon and are subject to change at the
discretion of the Organisers.
7. The Organisers are not responsible for non-completion / non-occurrence of the event.
8. In the event of any dispute, Organisers' decisions are final and binding on the applicants.
9. A Fee of $10.00 required for participating in the preliminary stage in this Cinetsarr Talent hunt as Registration
Charges.

I agree that Cinestarr owns all rights for all media throughout the world. I assign all my present and future
copyrights of my participation coverage to Cinestarr and authorise them to use them in any manner required,
including promotion,editing, adaptation or any other purpose..

I also authorise Cinestarr to use and authorise my Audio & Video performance / pictures / other recordings and
warrant that no other person is/will be authorised to revoke this authorisation.
